Anyvision Home Remodeling is a licensed design-build general contractor headquartered in Redmond, Washington.
We serve homeowners across Greater Seattle and the Eastside — Redmond, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and the surrounding market. Our work covers kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, room additions, ADU construction, ground-up new home builds, and whole-home renovations.
Every project runs through a single point of accountability. You deal with one company, from the first 3D design to the final inspection. That is the operating principle the company was started on, and it has not changed as the projects have gotten larger.
Why I Started Anyvision
When something went wrong — and it always did eventually — nobody owned the problem.
I started this company for a straightforward reason. I had watched enough remodeling projects go sideways — not because the work itself was hard, but because the people doing it weren’t accountable to the same person. A general contractor would bring in a plumber from one company, a tile installer from another, an electrician from a third.
So I built the company around a single contract. Design and construction sit together, we tightly manage a trusted network of vetted specialty trades, and everything is permitted under our license. When I make a commitment to a homeowner, the structure behind it is one I control.
We built that team in Redmond and grew it across the Eastside and Greater Seattle. The jobs have gotten larger. The operating model has stayed the same.

Chase Briga
Founder & CEOChase oversees every project from the first design conversation through final walkthrough. He is the primary point of contact for new clients and the person responsible for the company’s operating commitments — the 24-hour response standard, the daily WhatsApp updates, and the single-contract structure.
Leo
Office ManagerLeo manages the logistical backbone of Anyvision. From coordinating permit filings across different local municipalities to ensuring client communications run smoothly, Leo ensures the operational side of your project never misses a beat.
Daniel
Project ManagerDaniel leads field operations and site management. He coordinates daily activity, manages our vetted specialty trades, and tracks the build sequence against the project schedule. He flags anything needing design or structural attention before it becomes a delay.
Victoria
Project ManagerVictoria oversees project execution and client communication during active builds. She ensures that daily updates are delivered, homeowner questions are answered immediately, and material deliveries align perfectly with the construction timeline.
Simcha
Office DogSimcha is the heart of the Anyvision headquarters. While he doesn’t swing a hammer or file permits, he ensures team morale stays high and provides a warm, enthusiastic welcome to homeowners visiting our Redmond office for their 3D design sessions.
Our Washington State License — and How to Check It
Anyvision Home Remodeling holds Washington state contractor license #ANYVIHR768KB.
Verify it yourself: go to the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) contractor lookup portal and enter the number. Active status, bonding, and insurance confirmation are all displayed publicly.
L&I is the state agency that registers contractors, enforces bonding and insurance requirements, and handles complaints against licensed firms in Washington. We carry this license on every permit we pull across Redmond, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Sammamish.
A verifiable Washington license number is the first thing to confirm before signing with any contractor.

Every new inquiry, by form or by phone, receives a response within 24 hours. A fast response at the inquiry stage reflects how a company operates mid-project. We set that standard early.
3D design on every project
Before a permit is filed or a wall comes down, you see a full rendering — cabinet profiles, countertop materials, tile layout, lighting placement. Changes at the design stage cost nothing. Changes after framing cost real money.
Daily WhatsApp updates
On every day the crew is on-site, you receive a photo or short video showing what was completed. You do not need to call to find out what happened.
Every Commitment in Writing, Before Work Begins
We do not make verbal assurances about scope, timeline, or materials.
Every project starts with a written agreement specifying exactly what is being built, what materials are being used, and what the timeline looks like. If anything changes during construction — a scope addition, a material substitution, a timeline adjustment — it goes through a written change order before work proceeds.
Our Washington license, bonding, and insurance coverage are confirmed and verifiable through L&I at any time.
