A white marble-look bathroom with exactly one dark object in it — a navy double vanity that anchors the room without turning it into a colour scheme.
One dark object in a white room
Almost everything here is pale — marble-look slab on the walls, a light floor, white ceiling, a window at the far end. The single exception is the vanity, in deep navy.
That is a different move from a two-tone scheme. A scheme balances; this does not. One dark mass in a pale room reads as a piece of furniture placed in a space rather than as a colour decision applied to it, and it gives the eye somewhere to settle in a room that would otherwise be uniformly bright.

Why the glass runs to the ceiling
The shower enclosure is frameless and full height, and in a narrow bathroom that is doing more work than it appears to.
A shower screen that stops short leaves a band of wall above it, and that band cuts the room in half visually. Running the glass to the ceiling keeps one continuous volume, so the eye reads the full depth of the space including the window at the far end.
It is also why the marble slab continues behind the glass rather than changing to a cheaper tile at the point where it stops being seen up close. Full-height glass means the whole wall is on show.

Brass Against Marble
Unlacquered brass runs through every fitting in the room — shower controls, handheld, tapware, mirror frames and sconces.
Against white marble it is the warm element doing what the navy does at floor level. Two warm points, top and bottom, in an otherwise cool room.
The Shape That Softens It
Arched Mirrors Over a Square Room
Twin arched mirrors sit above the vanity, the only curved line in a room made entirely of straight ones.
In a narrow bathroom that curve matters more than it would in a large one. It breaks the run of parallel horizontals — counter, wall joint, ceiling line — that otherwise make a small room read as a corridor.
