By requesting a free consultation or estimate, you acknowledge that our 24-hour response policy and quotes are provided as a professional service based on current Washington State licensing regulations.

While we commit to fixed timelines and manage all necessary municipal permits and inspections in jurisdictions such as Bellevue and Redmond, completion dates may be subject to adjustments due to unforeseen structural conditions or city-mandated changes.
