Kitchen Remodel Project
We executed a comprehensive renovation in Redmond that encompassed both demolition and remodeling, including full wall removals, to create a modern new space. The design takes advantage of 15 smart LED systems that add a bright and playful tone to the dining area.
Furthermore, by combining the kitchen’s natural light with strategic LED placement, we maximized illumination and ambiance. This, along with fresh interior paint, resulted in a standout transformation built for both style and function.

Process
We can split the complex process that we take to these 4 simple steps, let’s take a look at how we take advantage of the design build process:
- Analysis of the current space: we analyzed the old kitchen to determine what would maximize its efficiency for the homeowners
- light demolition begins: we begun by removing the appliances while breaking down unnecessary walls, creating a more open kitchen feel
- Install harmonious lighting: after demo cleanup, we install new kitchen applianced and LED's to create a more modern, welcoming space.
- Final touches: we complete the final touches, such as repainting walls and adding in new cookware.
Materials
This kitchen and living room remodel features two-tone painted cabinetry in crisp white and soothing green, topped with light quartz countertops for a fresh, modern look.
A sculptural mosaic backsplash adds texture behind the coffee station, while new LED recessed lighting and statement pendant fixtures brighten the open-concept layout.
Warm wood or engineered hardwood flooring grounds the space, and bar stools with cane backs introduce natural flair. Sleek stainless-steel appliances and hardware complete the design, combining functionality with timeless style.
